Grand Opening Celebration (tentative) Come celebrate the grand opening of our beautiful new dog park in Templeton. We still need to finish our landscaping and bring in amenities like park benches and picnic tables. But, why wait when we can enjoy the pleasure of our park in its infancy stages. We’ll be serving up coffee, muffins, good conversation, and collecting donations to help pay off our constructions costs.

2009 Dog Splash Days Friday, Sept 4, 4 pm—7 pm
This incredibly popular event returns this year to the Central Coast in an expanded version. We all know that dogs love to swim so we’ve reserved the Templeton Community pool to give our pooches a chance to hit the water and have some fun. We’ll have beach balls, retrieval toys, and experienced dog handlers in the water to make this a truly memorable event. Donation admission will be $15 and reservations are recommended as this event has sold out for the past 2 years. A raffle coupon will be included in with the admission fee. 2nd Annual Dogtoberfest Parks-4-Pups is again co-hosting this fun event with our friends at Heilmann Dog Park thanks to our new sponsor, Lemos Feed and Pet Supply. This year’s event will see the return of the always zany and unpredictable Wiener Dog Races, the thrilling Frisbee disc dogs, the hilarious pet costume contest, Elk BBQ, and a vast assortment of raffle prizes and giveaways courtesy of our generous sponsors and vendors.
